Additionally, all staff attend training with the TDS Academy and/or My Deposits, covering topics from legislation through to dispute resolution. Courses are run by John King and Suzy Hershman respectively and prove invaluable to the team. We are currently in the process of sponsoring Property Inspectors and office Heads of Department through the ARLA Propertymark qualification for Residential Inventory Management and Practice.
ACT are also a full member of ARLA Propertymark, and so all members of staff are trained in accordance with their guidelines and literature. This ensures continuity of item and condition descriptions, and makes our reports easy to read and digest when apportioning any deposit deductions.
As an approved ‘Safecontractor’ we adhere to best working practices, with comprehensive Public Liability Insurance for added reassurance.
